Been waiting at the A&E for 2 hours after having an initial assessment and told me the maximum wait will be 2 hours. Went up to the reception hearing that the wait is now 4 hours?! The fact that i and no one else was informed shows the lack of customer services provided by the A&E Department. I wouldn’t be annoyed by the wait but the fact that i wasn’t informed has angered me.

I visited the hospital for imagency what meant I needed an urgent help what as usual impossible to find in GP they always fully booked for a month. So there was only one way for me to as medical help urgent in a hospital. They passed me as usual through the whole process: receptionist, nurse where I replied everything many times, all my medical history and finally doctor who also was interested in everything expect my problem said it was not a hospital matter. The hospital made me a favour! to see me the doctor said and I had to look for a help with GP. PINPONG as everywhere. That was my experience with this hospital. I put 2 stars for the favour ))
