Dr Jameel and his team were fantastic at the private A&E service. He made me feel listened to and was comprehensive in his assessment of my injury. The entire team were wonderful. Chris, the Senior Radiographer, was incredibly patient, very thorough and it was a pleasure to have his expertise for my X-rays. It was lovely to chat with Susan, the nurse during my lateral flow test and she explained the process of how the appointments would run. Dovsha and Angela in the reception team were so pleasant and friendly - they both made me feel welcome and comfortable at the practise. It was a great service all round and highly recommend the clinic to anyone needing urgent care.
