I cannot put into words how wonderful this hospital is. I am so very grateful for all the care and compassion my father received while he was there. Unfortunately he passed away during his stay, and the outstanding doctors and nurses that looked after not only him but the family were second to non. He was treated with dignity and respect during his final days and for that I thank all the marvellous staff in ward 3a East

I have been to St Barts for the last 2 years and staff has always been helpful, friendly and supportive. They listen to you and provide the appropriate support. I was seen by Oliver Guttmann, great person and specialist. Very friendly, understanding, willing to listen to your questions! I would give him 10 stars for his professionalism!

The service is excellent however, the waiting time is far too long. My appointment was at 3:15pm and I was seen at 4pm. Another appointment took 4 hours in total, had to wait to see a doctor and have a blood test. It's why I'm giving a 3 star.

Spent 2 weeks visiting this place while my mum had her cancer treatment. While being a difficult time for my family the staff at this hospital was lovely and approachable. Lovely facilities for patients and visitors. One of the best hospitals out there.

Just had a go at by a staff member called orline just for asking If they could wait a minute as was receiving a very important phone call about my rent being mucked around with meaning I would have no where to live when I came out. This lady didnt think having somewhere to live when I get out after major heart surgery was important.Apart from this the rest of the staff has been great and very supportive in recovery

Cannot fault them, the cardiology department have looked after me so well for over 7 years now. They are kind, understanding and will answer any questions or concerns you have. I've phoned them up a couple of times due to issues with my heart and they've gotten back to me straight away. Thank you all for being amazing 🥰

Would have gave zero and it would still be generous A company that steals from their employees by forcing them to work durring unpaid brakes. Be prepared for lack of training opportunities and promotions only because management is one big bully. As a patient isn't any better. Place is runned poor and inefficient
