The Wellington Hospital, South Building london

I have had the best possible care from the Wellington Hospital from the entire team. Courteous efficient and kind throughout my stay. I am so impressed by their high standards which were consistent throughout. Thank you very much from a very grateful patient.

I had my operation at this hospital on 7th December 2021 and although there were theatre delays I was pleased with the team who did my operation. However once back in my room on the ward getting help from staff was difficult, I had to repeatedly ask for water and they took well over an hour to get me some, the next morning I waited about 1 1/2 hours for breakfast after having to complain to staff. On discharge the nurse was helpful and kind, but my overall experience was not great, particularly considering the high cost.

BEWARE HCA used my card to charge me twice for my appointment and have stonewalled my attempts at communicating with them since. On-site staff was otherwise kind and helpful.

My mum is on the 1st floor with a few other occupants and they all have no heating. Her room is an ice box. And it has been like that for 3 days... THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY FAN HEATERS.. SHE IS 75 YEARS OLD. just had an operation.... I'd that worth all the money paid...

After a consultation August 20th with Doctor Platt, who was very helpful, I have yet to receive his report for my files. Even though I have contacted his secretary, Melinda Ziss, numerous times, she has never responded nor sent the needed information. I am now at a loss of what to do.
