PLEASE IGNORE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE. We were very interested in some bi fold doors but unfortunately we were let down by the appalling customer service over the phone. They don't even deserve 1 star and should be ignored by everyone, regardless of what they offer. I wasn't very surprised as I other views on here clearly state about the disgusting customer service over the phone. Please ignore, "FINE DOORS" and look for other door companies who seriously value customers and appreciate business. Racist scums!

Superb! Had our Rockdoor composite door and sidelights supplied and fitted by Fine Doors. Very happy with our new door, received good advice and the price was good too. John the fitter was very efficient and completed the job in a day! Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a prehung stable door and other companies were quoting us 4-6 weeks!! Fine Doors advised us on the most appropriate locks and they turned it around in 2 weeks! Well pleased, highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Delivery was prompt, the actual door is nice but... I purchased a door set to ensure that the door closed properly and it was an easy option for my fitter, saving labour. Unfortunately, the door doesn't close properly. There is NO gap on the lock side. It was pre-finished and when fitted it is perfectly true and level, there is a perfect gap on three sides of the door, but on the one side there is zero gap. It is exactly the same the full length. Mistakes happen, but the person I spoke to on the phone just said to me "well, if that's the case we just wouldn't have sent it out". Well, you did. I was promised a phone call from someone else, obviously that never happened. As I have said, mistakes happen with every business, but it's how they're dealt with that I find separates good from bad.

The oak veneer doors we purchased from fine doors were very poor quality. Rough filling and delamination on the corners. I would not deal with this company again.

Purchased double Empress oak doors and frame from FineDoors and painted them Ebony on the outside and Light Oak on the inside with Sikkens wood finish and after a quality artisan job of the installation by my joiner they look stunning- we are delighted with the result- good value as well. Finedoors have photos of the finished doors as installed.

Ordered a internal opaque door, when it arrived the builders fitted it, but I didn’t realise that opaque meant that one side was shiny and the other was sand blasted. This should be explained better on the website. When the door was fitted there was multiple areas of overspray. They sent someone out who said it could easily be removed but made more of a mess of it than when it was first fitted. I have asked for a refund as this is of such poor quality manufactured in the Far East, very poor quality control by the manufacturer and the supplier. I wanted to shop local but I certainly won’t be using this company again and would not recommend them.
