It was a pleasure visiting the Apple store Regent Street for the first time it has a fabulous slick interior made of marble on two floors and dose it look great. I had a problem with my laptop and within 20 minutes the problem was solved thanks to Adam one of there specialist was truly amazing the usual perfect Apple care service.

[names removed to maintain privacy] provided an excellent customer service. They were attentive and courteous knowledgeable. Helped me make a good decision on the products I wanted to buy. Good experience.

Upgraded my old phone to an iPhone X and was told they would pay me £135 for the old phone. As my phone was not backed up the seller said I could go home, back it up, and return the following day with the receipt. In the following day they just wanna pay £60.

Hands down the most beautiful Apple store I have ever visited. From the entrance to the store all the way back to how the headphones are organized on the second level. This store is a mastery of the retail space. Staff was by far the most delightful I have ever experienced at an Apple store as well.

The store currently has an appointment system which makes it much less crowded. Isaac has been super helpful in helping me find the Apple Watch strap that fits the most and took the time to explain everything! Made the whole experience even better!

Such a gorgeous store with every piece of merchandise. Super friendly staff always happy to help especially on launches. Found that the queue can get extremely busy but they handle it well by issuing appointments. Definitely worth a trip and an easy way to test before you buy. They're very open on helping you with any questions related to any apple product.

Store is amazingly fitted with a luxurious feel. But... why do they need to check in the same person 3 times before 1 of the 80 staff I have counted stood next to each other actually come to help with your issue ... dissapoonting and the band have no idea how to run units .. its wasting your customers time to constantly check in via 3 different people whats the point in that theirs literally enough staff in here for 1 to 1 service as you enter.

What good can I said about this phone, well the iPhone 7 comes certify water or splash proof something I disagreed, some days ago my phone felt on the sink for 2 minutes and unfortunately broken up I’m trying to recovery with rice techniques... but I have doubts about it the phone start flashing on apple logos and seems not turn on... the device not water proof or splash proof is made by cheap material and cannot give the protection that they wish for. Shame on apple selling product very expensive and not lasting longer... In Italy apple got big finned to described some of their devices water proof. Well done Italy...
