Cricklewood Glass london

I made a contact with cricklewood glass Ltd to price me for mirror wall paneling, seemed very professional, quick response and the cheapest price. Agreed, paid half and agreed the fitting day. Come the fitting day, some panels were missing, spaces between panels were nothing like agreed. Based on the advice of the guy who came to measure (Adam) who is the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant beyong immagination, we needed 6mm spaces between the panels but in fact spaces at some point were up to 15mm, uneven panels, the situation was disastrous. So far I thought things happened, agreed to fix the problem. However, could never get a fitting date, the clients are back, their flat was unfinished, pictures session for agencies were cancelled, but worst of all for over a week never answered their calls, went to their shop twice they would run away. I do not recommend this company under any circumstance.

Staff friendly good glass shop

I had a wardrobe door with the cracked mirror to be fixed. It was returned to me with the glass fixed however the frame was damaged with scratches. When it was fitted back at our house I wasn't at home and my husband wasn't aware. When I contacted them back to fix it, got lots of promises but was totally ignored. Very disappointing.

Really handy shop. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. Highly recommended ! Parking wise there are spaces outside the shop but that can be a bit hit and miss. Best thing to do is park in the retail shop behind the Beacon Bingo. Two minute walk and free for two hours !

Outstanding experience - professional from the first phone call right through to supply and fitting the new glass. I can't recommend Cricklewood Glass highly enough - Jade who I dealt with is an absolute legend. So friendly, knowledgeable and patient- explained all my options and gave me the most competitive price. If you're looking for a company that puts their customers first - look no further. I have already recommended to my friends and family. Also, huge shout out to Greg who installed- fantastic job, cleaned up throughout and is a perfectionist installer. Excellent service from Rob and the team. Very helpful, arranging measuring and fitting for a window. The window fitters were super efficient and the total cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
