Brilliant all round service. From start to finish i felt they really cared and appreciated our business and the end result on our two new doors looked fantastic. This was not an easy job due to the age and size of the doors but looks perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We asked Radcliffe to quote for a large job and the chap who came around seemed competent and knowledgeable, unfortunately they couldn’t supply the windows we wanted so we asked them to re-quote for a smaller job (still 3 windows). They assured us they would, get right to it but I have now chased them three times on the phone, each time assured they would follow it up. Clearly they don’t want the work but rather than say so are wasting my time.

After being recommended by several people on Facebook, I contacted Radcliffe Glass & Windows to get a new front door. Having never bought a front door before, I wasn't really sure what I needed. They were really helpful, lots of great advice and suggestions. We eventually decided to go with a Spitfire door, which is meant to be one of the best and secure doors you can buy. I can't believe the difference in quality from the old uPVC door we had! The service from start to finish was excellent, extremely pleased with the door and now considering getting a conservatory or orangery from them too.

We had decided to fully refurbish and renovate our property and required high quality aluminium windows by Origin and a bespoke door by Spitfire. We also required a large feature gable window designing, supplying and installing in my property. After much research and having contacted the manufacturers directly I was recommended Radcliffe Glass & Windows LTD. From the outset I found Clive and his team extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products I required and the specific high specification finish I was trying to achieve. Clive was able to take my Architects plans and then design the large bespoke gable window and custom Spitfire door ready for manufacture and installation of the windows. Throughout this process I found Clive and his team to be incredibly professional and willing to go the extra mile to help us get the job done as quickly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible. The service we received was excellent and included numerous site visits by Clive to bring samples and check everything was measured correctly prior to installation. We are over the moon with the finished product, the transformation of the property is amazing!! We would highly recommend Radcliffe Glass & Windows LTD and will definitely be using them again. If you require quality products, first class service and a competitive price look no further.

Excellent service throughout! Staff were helpful, friendly and very efficient. I was kept up to date throughout and they went above and beyond to suit my needs for delivery/installation. The delivery men were incredibly considerate and cleaned up after themselves. The installation took just over an hour and looks incredible! So happy and would highly recomend.

We have just completed a major house renovation and used RGAW for all our new windows and patio doors. We are extremely pleased with the end result which looks amazing has been achieved during some very challenging conditions.
