We have been trying to get a leak sorted out for ages, every time I go out and it rains I dread it! Tried numerous contractors and fitters over the last few years it's cost quite a lot of money but never worked long term and I could never get anyone back to do the job I'd paid them to do. I was recommended to Truly through a neighbour and they actually took the time to find out what the real cause was with a series of tests, once identified it was easy to fix, I've left it a few months before writing this review I wanted to be sure it had worked and it has I'm extremely pleased with the way I advised, the engineer who did the work and mostly that it doesn't leak anymore. THANK YOU TRULY! X

Great service, noticed a small leak over Christmas, they came out showed me 2 panels that had slipped I could actually see the gaps when they pointed it out. Repaired very quickly and the engineer was very polite. Highly recommended!!

We asked these guys to come and repair a couple of slipped glass conservatory panels, The guy duly arrived and went on to say that the roof had been installed incorrectly. Based on this assessment he was unable to complete the repair. Contacted his boss who quoted me £1,000 to refit the roof!. Charged me £72.00 for 45 minutes of huffing and puffing and then walked away. Thanks for nothing, nice work if you can get it. I then asked someone else to come along (Mike from Lords Conservatory Repairs) who duly completed the work at a fraction of the cost. My advise to anyone would be to stay well away!

We recently found a leak in our orangery and contacted Truly Conservatory Repairs to help rectify the issue. We were asked to send a few photographs of the orangery and the affected area. After a follow up phone call an engineer visited our house and, after an inspection, rectified the issue. A very professional company which I would highly recommend. I rarely write reviews but credit where it is due. Thank you to Peter and the team.

I am surprised at the good reviews they have. I sent photos to Peter by E Mail but when the engineer arrived he had no idea about these photos and he mentioned that Peter is not in the office that day. He had a look and said it is an old conservatory and he can not do anything about it and that we have to change the whole roof, when I asked him to go on the ladder and push any slipped panels he did but was very reluctant to do so. Now the roof is leaking in 3 different sites not only one as before. When it came to payment surprise surprise Peter was in the office to take the payment !! I do not recommend these guys.
