Moved to the area a year ago and haven't managed to get an appointment yet. Called for one in Dec, told none till Jan. Booked one at start of Feb, was given an appointment end of March. The day before appointment received a letter saying it was cancelled. Same thing happened again in May. Then finally got an appointment with a two week wait, was given wrong day over the phone and no slip or confirmation text sent despite asking so appointment was missed! Next available appointment was in August. Absolutely ridiculous. Can't believe services are so stretched I can't even get an appointment! 3 miles down the road I was able to get an appointment within a week no issue.

This practice ha been brilliant since I went there. The drs, nurses and admin team have all helped me through a really bad time. I've met nearly everyone and there isn't a person I don't like. If you have a problem they sort it out. They can't be blamed for things like how busy they are and getting appointments straight away. The whole NHS is like that now, over stretched.
