I've never had better service from a GP than I have here. I appreciate remote appointments might not be for everyone, but each time I have had a medical issue they have been quick to get in touch with me, listen to my needs and provide appropriate medical help, I've never felt talked down to, or like what I am saying is not being taken in to account. It is nice to be taken seriously and communicate with medical professionals that actually listen to what you are saying. Can't thank them enough for how easy they have made everything.

Edit: I've not been able to contact the practice for weeks on multiple occasions, resulting in having to go to A&E for issues that could easily be sorted by the GP. It's really difficult to get an appointment and their online consult system is almost always closed. The doctors and receptionists are very nice, but I have had to change practice to get the care I need as I was suddenly denied the routine blood tests I need for monitoring that I've been having for over two years. I feel I've had to fight to get an appointment and their accessibility and inclusion is not up to standard. I apreciate the care I've gotten from the doctors there, but unfortunately they're just not able to provide me the care I need.

I have been a patient of this practice for the past 3 years and I am very happy with their service overall. I do think the practice has evolved and improved during this time, plus I believe the adaptation to the new post pandemic reality has been great. I really like the phone system where it allows a call back when you are number 1 in the queue. I love the online booking system for consultations. Doctors, nurses and staff are nice in general and, most importantly, I have always had my issues addressed.

Actually this practice deserves a zero. Unbelievably bad service. I woke up to call the practice after having vertigo for 3 days and I need to be seen by a doctor. This is a recurring problem I am having. They called me back 1.5 hours later only to tell me to call them back tomorrow same time because they do not have a doctor. I am telling them 'I already called you today, make an appointment for tomorrow', they are telling me I need t ocall them tomorrow. I am asking them, 'what will it happen if you do not have a doctor tomorrow? Will you ask me to call again tomorrow? I can not call you tomorrow only to find out that I need to cal lyou back 2 day later or even 3 days later. I can not chase you because it is impossilbe you to make appointments for next couple of days. The lady in the desk was repeating the same 'you need to call tomorrow'. What's the point to be registered with this practice anymore? I can not go to a walk in! Actually I can not walk because of vertigo. I am on bed already for 3 days but I can not find any solution with the practice. All I can do is to try to call back. By the way their web system is always down during the weekends. We are not stupid, we understand the way this practice operates.
