First time visit and I was impressed by the stock in the store, everything you could need. I saved £16 thanks to the very helpful young lady on the till. Another one of the store team went checking the stock for me. It was getting near closing and I suppose he could just have just said sorry no stock.

Great choice of outdoor equipment and some great offers. Its worthwhile getting a store card for extra savings on offer. Used to love visiting this store but the 90 minute parking restriction in place is now an issue which is a shame & may affect custom.

Impressed with the stock and the offers unfortunatelly there was just 1 person at the till and lost my pacience and left all the stuff I chose there....get more people at the tills please!

Plenty choices of walking boots, much better than some other Go Outdoors branches. The friendly shop assistant helped us to make the right choice of walking boots and he gave us utterly honest suggestions. The only let down is the car parking: Strictly limited to 1.5 hrs & no return within two hours. Moreover spaces were a bit tight. I wished there was a P&D option for a bit of extra shopping time on top of the 1.5hrs free parking.

Good range of merchandise. Friendly, helpful staff. Bought some amazing hiking shoes here and haven't looked back since. Best pair I've ever own from Berghaus. Veyy reliable and trustworthy company. Competitive pricing here too, which is good.

Went in today with a list to spend £180 plus the possibility of buying another item £40-50. 5, yes 5 members of staff were stood around chatting with no face coverings! I know some people won`t mine this but I will never go in there again and I will just buy from elsewhere! Go outdoors? Go elsewhere! Stay safe

I am from the Netherlands and this shop is amazing. In the Netherlands we wouldn't dare to dream of the customer service quality of this shop. They want the best for you and will help you with anything. It is quiet and nicely organized. Something else I wouldn't dare to dream of in the Netherlands, is these prices. If anyone has a problem with this store, don't forget how lucky you are and if you still don't agree have a visit in Amsterdam and see how you like the outdoor shops there.

My first time shopping here. The member of staff who helped with choosing my tenners was brilliant. Lots of Christmas presents purchased. Had a good shop!!

DO NOT BUY IF YOU MIGHT RETURN! (counting 30+ days to get my refund of £110 and still nobody is processing it for me) Attached is a typical example of the email I get every few days. Nobody calls me. Nobody process my refund. I've asked for it to be escalated 3 times, nobody had escalated it. I've given my availability, nobody calls me. Nobody cares. Nobody calls. Absolute pranksters. Do not give them your money !
