Very busy and getting an appointment on the day is difficult (at a time when GP surgeries are overrun and under resourced) ut I think the standard of care me and my family have had from Prospect has been really good.

No telephone queuing system so you literally have to just keep hitting "call" and hope you squeeze in between other callers to avoid an engaged tone. I usually try to see a doctor two or three times per year and each time is a complete struggle. I needed an independent medical report from a GP this time and no one that I spoke to seemed to know how this worked.

Never answer your calls, I have registered here since 2012 only managed to see the doctor once since then. It's been 5 years every time I get sick I have to go to a private medical centre using my own money due to this place
