Always the most polite reception staff of any doctors I've been to. Never had a problem with any of the doctor's here. Sometimes a struggle to get an appointment, but If you get on the phone early, it does help. I would recommend this surgery.

The most unreliable surgery. The line can not practically be busy every single work day 9.30 am to almost end of day. Neglifent doctors except one single doctor who has left now. Thanks receptionists who are perfectly trained to say3"...sorry we don't have appointments...the only one we can suggest is some time next year 😀 have had very bad experience with this Surgery for the last one year or so. I had a terrible allergy for two weeks, never called, never bothered them. After two weeks called the surgery and explained that I am going through the hell for two weeks now. Never called me back that day, had to go to walk in centre. Four weeks still suffering can't sleep at nights finally got an appointment but very very very extremely disappointed

Updated: the way to get in touch with the surgery is via the NHS app, not by making an appointment (still no appointments are available) but by logging the thing you want to talk to the GP about. Via this route I've been able to speak to my GP. I have been trying to book an appointment with this surgery since I moved here and registered, two weeks ago. I have tried to call on at least 10 different days at different times. I either get the "busy" tone or the answering machine. On the website, the appointment page does not work. On the NHS app, no appointments can be made. Via email, the surgery is telling me to call, even after I explained that I had tried this repeatedly. In the meantime, I am running out of the medication I need. Why is this surgery accepting new patients when they cannot address their needs?
