Lovely place to eat. Good value set meal options - I had chicken schnitzel with fried egg - mmm. Delicious apple and blackberry crumble with ice cream for dessert. House wine - red and white were tasty. Staff attentive and friendly.

Great tasting and decent quantity considering that, in my opinion, the restaurant is from the higher end of market. Cost aprox £28 pp for 2 courses. Never thought of having Sunday lunch there before but it's great and one to add to the list.

Probably the best Sunday roast we've had in a while! For a restaurant of this size, they have managed to keep the food quality high. There is a great variety of different foods from steak to roast to Pizza. There may be better smaller and probably more expensive restaurants, but for variety, convenience along with good food this one is great and it's large capacity means you will no doubt get a table.

Ideal timing? Why not between 12 and 6 for the lunch set menu, or even better arrive between 5 and 6 and hit the sweet spot of reduced price signature cocktails. Whenever you go, expect delicious food, an extensive wine list and good service. Recommend

Fantastic afternoon tea. It was really delicious but there was too much of it. We would have taken a box with the rest in but are staying at a hotel with no fridge. The staff were attentive but not over barring. I will definitely go again. We booked our table with openable from their website which was really helpful. Check the website for times as they only serve it for 3 or 4 hours a day.

Visited the Quod for lunch with my daughter. Great ambience, not rushed, very attentive pleasant staff. The food was delicious, generous portions, of which I feel has been lacking post covid in so many restaurants. We plan to make this a yearly Christmas visit, in the meantime, hope to visit again soon. Thank you x
