We were greeted at the main entrance by a lovely volunteer who asked where we needed to be and showed us to the lift. I heard professional practitioners using the 'my name is' campaign to introduce themselves. The Speech Therapy team were so friendly. Overall a very professional and pleasant experience.

I am writing to praise the Freeman Hospital. I had an appointment for a whole body bone scan on 25th November this year. Wonderful staff in the department from reception to the scanning team, I am claustrophobic and I was put at ease and talked through the whole process. I can only thank the whole team.

I have just had an operation with an overnight stay and the care and safety is excellent. Everyone who works there are friendly and caring. The food was very good also not like the airline rubbish you get in some hospitals.
