I ordered a new lock for an old cabinet we had bought ( for us to make a gin cabinet) and I ordered the wrong size. Having ordered another that did fit, I then returned the first one. The speed of dispatch was excellent, as was the service given for the item returned. Very happy to recommend.

Poor customer service, poor communication and rude to the point I will not be using them for product

1/ 5

Poor customer service, poor communication and rude to the point I will not be using them for products anymore. Package has not arrived, just because a tracking page says it's delivered doesn't mean it has been! Zero help, rude responses (when they do) and not still resolved a £60+ order. They don't sign off on their emails so you have no idea who you're talking to. After receiving an email in caps lock I called their office number to find out this was the manager.
