I have bought three solid wood floors and 7 oak doors from this Company and thought I wouldn’t go anywhere else. But like a lot of Companies they are wonderful, until you have a problem with shoddy workmanship. That is when you find out how good or in this case bad their customer service really is!.

Ok. When you get a quote which is much lower than the others you naturally worry about what quality your going to get. Well, the price was right in our budget the guys in the store were great and the fitter Thomas and his apprentice Nathan have done a brilliant job on our new floors.
