First class service from start to finish with Howdens Brough Park , Rachel has been fantastic from the Initial consultation and kitchen design to placing the order. within an hour of contacting howdens Rachel came to our home to measure up and by the afternoon we had images and most amazing Kitchen plan! Rachel was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to help us get the perfect kitchen! Rachel answered all queries we had promptly whilst also suggesting some fantastic ideas - We would 100% recommend Howdens Brough Park to our friends and family Thank you so much for Rachel for designing our dream Kitchen! WlGot what we wanted and anything not in stock, they drop off personally. Can't say fairer than that. Decent kitchen units too, lot sturdier design than some other famous stores. Plus you don't have to wait weeks like other olaces

Staff at the desk are great help use this branch more then local ones just for the better service from staff !

Excellent staff

Unfortunately it's a poor review due to howdens bad handling of a complaint about faulted flooring, so far I've had three verbal reasons for the cause of the issues I'm having. Have ask for for the reason to be sent in writing. No joy so far, i will be taking the complaint further until I get a single and believable response. To avoid disappointment dont let your builder use them. Very unprofessional.
