Although this firm has done work for me in the past to a good standard, I am disappointed with them. They quoted a cheap price to repair a PVC door but did not come out today to do the job . I think they underestimated the cost and didn't want the job .All they had to do was contact me to say they couldn't do it and I would have accepted that,they are neighbours after all, but they didn't bother. I know they weren't busy because they live only a few doors down from me and their van was parked on their driveway from 330pm.I am annoyed because I had to hang around on a hot afternoon waiting in vain for them to turn up.

Just wanted to share my sincere appreciation to Doorcare (to Joe) for his skill, knowledge and genuine help and consideration to enable me to gain entry into my house after I found myself locked out due to internal lock failing unexpectedly. Joe offered his excellent service to me to sort the problem within a few minutes he had fixed the lock + problem sorted... very impressive service. Joe also provided help within minutes of my request (not least on a Sunday morning !). I count my self extremely lucky to have doorcare as my neighbours who I was able to count on when I was unexpectedly locked out of my house. The professionalism and integrity of this firm (Joe) is second to none and I am extremely grateful for their input during a difficult situation. Used this company to replace several internal doors. Very friendly and they were extremely tidy and considerate. We are very pleased with the results and I thought the price for the work done was very reasonable . I would not hesitate to use them again

Good family business. Quickly measured up and talked through the options. Once the door was made it was no-fuss installation. The guys cracked on with it, worked solid and were done in a few hours. A very neat job. Things were left extremely tidy. Transformed the look of our house at a price we wanted. Easy to pay. Will be highly recommending.
