I Want A Door newcastle

customer service very poor. Incorrect doors supplied because was shown a product in showroom, loved it, said I’ll order that. Staff assured me that’s what I ordered, turns out it’s not. Now I’m stuck with what they ordered because they supplied what they say was a correct order. Please avoid if possible

I received good service, ordered my door and it was fitted within 2 1/2 weeks and it looks great.

Excellent company to deal with, very helpful staff

This company is advertising on radio and online however as it states on the web page that this is open but I have tried many times and can't get to speak to anyone phone just rings all the time. This is very poor customer service and this is stated online reviews

Excellent service from start to finish. I designed my door on the website - this is fab as it allows you to choose from loads of types of door, glass, colours & hardware at your own convenience. Once I'd eventually decided which door I was going for they sent someone out to measure. I got a phone call the next day with my fitting date. Richie the fitter has done a top class job & I absolutely love my new front door. Would definitely recommend I want a door !!!

Poor customer service. Cancelled door fitting twice this time the day before fitting. AVOID this company.

From the first day I spoke to a lady on the phone to place my order to the moment when the fitter left my house, I have had nothing but an exceptional service, I absolutely love my new door too, looks superb and feels very secure.
