Very upset and always the surgery phone on busy anytime you call .. and appointment not available most of the time .but when we get appointment after 2-3 weeks times and never seen on scdule time .today we had a emergency to collect our son at 18:00 and appointment given 17:40 . 28/03/2019 Try to rescdule called this morning and afternoon they goes that’s the earliest doctor can seee the patience .. when our original appointment was been postponed due to doctor mohindroo daughters health wasn’t that fit he decided to cancel last minute and we cooperated it .. why not the same treatment and understanding doctors and staff care for us..I hate this everyone look for there convinevt time and pattern . No emotions and no genuine care . I’m posting this on this surgery because this mesg is for Doctor mohindroo as I requested ur staff to contact you an get Daljit appointments early . But your staff denied clearly to pass on or contact you . Even I inform that my son is poorly and I have to pick other son from nursery at 18:00 . Can’t drag a sick and poorly child with you in the car . My pain is genuine and my frustration is 100% genuine as you have treated patience today was very very heart breaking . Sorry I’m changing my surgery from Edanam Road wolverhampton to somewhere else ..

Dover Street practice What a joke Everything is always the doctors fault when you ask to speak to the doctor he is either not there or in with a patient then out of the blue miraculously the problem is solved. Can never get an appointment phone's never answered and cannot get repeat prescriptions without 4 or 6 calls

I order my repeat prescription before Christmas at Anderson chemist. Sent my husband to pick up yesterday was told it was not ready and he was told to come back tomorrow. Went back today still not ready this seems to be happening alot I need my blood pressure tablets. Doctors are not sending through to the chemist.

Waiting for over an hour for someone to answer the phone! It used to tell you your call postion and call back option, Not Anymore! Nothing worse than feeling ill and listening to that repetitive tune!! I've never see my GP always sent elsewhere

My wife has very bed back pain and migraines I call to Grove medical centre which organises by health and beyond and after 2 hrs being on line to speak to them and get appointments but after 2 hrs they hang the on my face. After I went grove medical centre ask them why they hang my on after 2hrs and strange they didn’t apologise for that. I’m sharing my call screen shot as well.

Grove Medical Centre Wolverhampton needs to be closed. The doctors refuse to see patients face to face or do a home visit. My mother in law ended up being rushed to hospital by Phoenix walk in centre due to her blood pressure being too high and my father in law spent 2 months in hospital due to his oxygen level dropping so low. The receptionist told him to go the Phoenix walk in even though he tested positive for Covid. How could he have done that when Government guidelines clearly advise people to isolate. When we complained to the practice manager Nia, who shall I say is never available, she turned around and said that the receptionist would never advise that. We told her that the calls are recorded and to listen back to it. However up until, today we still have not heard back from her. Next step we are taking is the NHS complaints board. Absolute shocking team.
