Yes it is hard to get an appointment at this surgery but I believe this is the same with any other doctors surgery these days still rate this doctors highly

I really do give up been waiting for a phone call from the doctors since 3 weeks they supposed to of called me yesterday and they never did so had to go round again to speak to them now they came up with a excuse that they tried calling me and blaming me for saying that my phone isn't connecting with there's and when I perfectly said I haven't had a problem with mine because been able to get contact with my friend it is ridiculous the doctors round by us are a waste of time all I need is a note to give details of my epilepsy and they saying that they can't get me in at bushbury and making me go all the way to Wednesfield just get a note it pathetic. They wonder why people won't go to the doctors because they are a waste of time . They just don't realize I could actually lose my job because of my risk assessment. So annoying

I'm sure this practise is run by jokers , the old receptionist could do with some people skills as find her very rude , call for an appointment always busy an should of called at half 8 it was 08.35 an was then told I should of called at 8 o clock picj an choose it's not Woolworths pik an mix , can sit an hour waiting to see a doctor why give us an appointment time of were left waitin an hour . Have had 2 wrong diagnoses where 1 needed emergancy surgical treatment worst doctors I've ever been visited an will be moving

I think this surgery and prestbury are excellent. It can be hard to get into the queue for a appointment but the doctors there are so good. They listen, caring and have a massive wide range of experience and knowledge. Dr Rafiq, dr Cox, dr Joseph and dr luci. Thats just a few i had more experience but i cant fault any of the others.
