Appointments are never on time, even if you have a baby we're always kept waiting around 30 minutes. We registered at our local doctors as it's easy to get to with children however you always have to travel to lower green who h defeats the purpose of joining your local GP which they have no flexibility with, not helpful at all

Excellent surgery. Helpful reception staff, prompt and attentive service, always seem to be able to secure an appointment within a great timeframe. Really faultless from my perspective.

The practice is supposed to close at 1pm on Fridays. At 12.55 I attempted to get in, the door was locked. I would have finished my business by 1pm so I rattled the door a bit. I could see the receptionists and they could see me. I was annoyed that they were deliberately ignoring me so I stayed for a while and rattled the door a few times. Still no response. And by 12.58 both of them had got in their cars and driven out of the car park. I was looking at the time on my phone, which is set externally and always absolutely correct. You should not be totally unable to access a doctors' surgery 5 minutes before it closes and I consider this to be very poor service.

Poor service as closed on 2 afternoons and all weekend. Slow service for prescription renewals, Inflexible system of limited acess to GPs even tho linked to Lower Green centre - this even for urgent requirements for prescriptions. Inaccurate info given to consultants following referral.
