Since moving 200 yards up the road it’s impossible to make a regular timely appointment, the level of service and referencing your records has decreased, you now have to go further for basic in-house things like blood tests, blood test results seem to go astray or aren’t acted upon, the booking system is convoluted to see a doctor unless you book in a 15-minute window in a morning, there aren’t enough doctors for the area they are now servicing and I literally haven’t been able to see my own doctor in over 5 years. Unacceptable.

Shocking surgery. Dr Ram is rude and doesnt listen to a patient with heart failure and to then be told test results have been lost twice. A patient out of medication is then offered an appointment in 2 months time. Unacceptable

Very good service in my experience. Can usually get an appointment same day, but the phones are engaged constantly from 08:20 for bookings, it's better to use the patient access app. Much better facilities now that the building work has finally finished. Parking is still a pain though.

Decided to leave after sitting in the patient room waiting to for an appointment for my infant daughter and hearing them discuss the doctors notes from my daughters previous appointment very loudly to the whole room. The doctor recommended I keep breast feeding despite the fact that my daughter had dropped weight but according to the nurses the doctor was going to 'report me' if she continued losing weight. Safe to say I put her on formula and changed surgeries the next time she was weighed she had put on weight and then some. Also, when I was trying to be put on antidepressants the doctor suggested I 'get a boyfriend to improve my self esteem' I have no doubt that these doctors are great for some but for others they are extremely biased and refuse to take you seriously.
