Order it online when you get up, pay by credit card, wait until traffic dies down and go collect it! Prices are good, service is great, use them regularly. Free parking on site, seldom wait, disabled access ramp for those who need it. I like the place... a lot!

Won't be using this store again. after ordering and Paying for something. Waited 2 days for it , to go into store and be told I would have to have a refund as they couldn't get it. Then asked if I would like it from another store. Why not just do that first place? Not even a phonecall or any notification either to say they couldn't get hold of it!

Great place for all DIY and building needs. Some brilliant deal of the day items. Staff friendly and helpful. Very similar to toolstation. Worth comparing both for price check.

Ok but the only person on the counter serving someone else saw me waiting and pressed the tannoy to alert another member of staff I was waiting. Took far too long for that person to arrive. But once they did service was great

The staff were great, everyone attending was keeping a good safe distance. A member of staff was kind enough to help with a bulky purchase and they did that without me asking! Its always a pleasure to shop there. Great work and thanks to the team for being amazing

Prompt service by very friendly staff

Clean and tidy very pleasant and helpful staff. Placed order on line and was messaged when order was ready to collect. Great if you know what you want but staff still very helpful if unsure.

Helpful staff items in stock quick in and out shame parking is a bit funny

Item required only 4 in stock and store could not order anymore in. Went to the store on the Stafford Road and they only had 0 in stock and also couldn't order any from supplier. Went to B&Q and they had the quantity I required and the screws for brackets were included. Even though staff at Screwfix were polite I will not use them again.
