Store has a wide range of products, however staff training needs a lot of improvement. Found everything that I was looking for, however due to extreme heat of 36 degrees today, I have asked twice, two different staff members (when I came into the store - a man on the shop floor, and at the end - the lady at the till) for a simple cup of water as I was feeling unwell and dehydrated, and been refused, being sent to other shops which are a 10-15min walk on a scorching sun... I know they don't sell any water but due to extreme forecast, could have been a bit more empathetic... or are we waiting for people to faint in the shop to provide a simple glass of water? What a disgrace...

Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received “ or haven’t this afternoon “ after going into the store to purchase a new kitchen & bathroom suit I was told that everything on display in the kitchen showroom is being discontinued, when I questioned when the new stock is arriving I was told in three months time , I asked is it possible that the current stock could could make up enough units to fit my kitchen I was told no “ even without telling him any information of the required units “ . Zero interest from the Asian man who’s department is the kitchens so I will certainly not be returning to the Wolverhampton branch “ even though this is now my nearest store “ and after previously having two kitchen & bathroom suits from Homebase in the last eleven years I can quite honestly say I’m totally disgusted by my experience. I shall be returning to my previously used Homebase store in Sellyoak because not only do they understand customer care they also have an excellent level of service & professionalism and have an interest in actually doing their job .

I ordered an item online saying you can pick it up 3hrs later.....6hrs later I arrived and was told he couldn't get to it as it was under a load of wood after a delivery Is it not the whole point of reserving something that it's ready for you when you arrive in store? I must day though the assistant was very polite, helpful and apologetic

Placed a click& collect order for a product listed as being in stock but with a warning that stock levels were low and as such cannot be totally relied upon. No worries. Understood the situation. Recieved a phone call about 30mins later. Only one remains in stock however would an alternative be OK at the same offer rate. Acceptable so continued with order. Collected about an hour later. Excellent outcome, excellent customer service.

Ok place. Good parking as usual. But stock is low and you find that they are spreading the same items on the shelves instead of having a choice.. it used to be good for DIY
