Fantastic service I would not hesitate to recommend and use again. They fitted a new French door for my elderly Mom recently. They came out quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. They came and installed it very quickly and get in touch the whole time confirming when they were coming etc. The installers were lovely and left no mess at all. Hassle free and good value for money. We had a great experience from start to finish with DW Windows when they converted two windows into French Doors. Although the company are based in Wolverhampton the installation was to take place on our log cabin in Lincoln. Everyone in the company were friendly and approachable. There was no pressure from the salesperson and we had complete confidence that all would go well - which it did. Five out of five stars for DW Windows.

This company is fantastic , I have had two separate jobs done to date. The office staff keep you informed every step of the way. Our first job was cancelled on the morning , due to staff shortages, the company couldn’t apologise more and promptly rearranged ASAP. We also had a few issues with the windows that they sorted with no quibble. I can’t praise the fitters up enough Paul and Dan , great chaps and their workmanship is excellent . They listened to my wishes and acted upon them. They were tidy too. Great job lads thanks you. On a final note, I am very pleased with my windows and doors and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Brilliant after sales too, something you don’t get much these days. Top job DW well done !!!

Having our new windows has been a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone from Alex on the first appointment to Dom and James who worked really hard getting them all fitted have been polite and professional and the final result has transformed the house. We were delighted that we could get more done than we thought for our budget and will definitely be back next year for doors

Excellent company to deal with from my initial phone call requesting information on a Rock Door right through to the final installation. Every member of staff was helpful, professional and level of communication was second to none. The fitters were tidy and very friendly and all work was carried out in accordance to Covid guidelines. We are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend DW Windows to family and friends.
