The Management love to bully the staff and make the children feel hostile here, every time you walk into the nursery you can tell that staff are unhappy and decide to put on a smile, for the parents sake. Generally, the children come off to be having a pleasurable time, but there are some serious underlining issues with management and the management of staff.
