South Bank Medical Centre york

An extremely rude and patronising receptionist. I'm sure if she was spoken to like that she wouldn't stand for it. She has no idea what I'm going through. She should get a job elsewhere, so that she doesn't have to use her horrendous customer service on the public, especially on vulnerable people!

Always been there when I have needed them.

Been with this group of gp's since the day I was born and they were based in Peckitt street, really can't fault them, had problems with one gp who has now retired but the rest I think (and this goes for all the staff) are fantastic.

Great doctors. But I'm disappointed with the reception. It says on the website that they are open from 8 AM till 12 PM on a Saturday. I've been calling them since 8 AM and all I get is answer machine telling me that they are closed!

The best that one can wish: very professional caring and sympathetic staff and doctors.

rude and unhelpful. Phone message before the call tells you to be polite to the staff but this is certainly not reciprocated. Not a pleasant experience.

I am new to the area and I have received excellent service from the Jorvik Medical Group, I cannot fault any part of the process, phones always answered in good time, enquiry listened to, Dr’s have been fantastic and would say one in particular has been outstanding. Nurses are all lovely and very professional, and admin/receptionist are always polite and helpful.

I have been couple of times .. the Bob cut hair receptionist .. is very rude ..

I would just like to say what an absolutely fantastic Dr Joanna Myers is to say she as helped me this year would be an understatement she as been awesome many thanks Dennis
