5/ 5

I have purchased 3 hearing aids from Hidden Hearing over the last almost 20 years as my hearing has deteriorated over the years. Due to work commitments I had to change both the time & location for my recent audiography test, this was not a problem for the reception staff. The lady at the appointment was very attentive and, although there was initially a slight problem with my Tinitus interfering with results, she quickly changed the tone used & test went well after that. I have always been very impressed with helpfulness of staff - and the after care service is second to none. I would, and have already, recommended their services to other people.
