If I could leave 0 stars I would. Failed to treat an unwell patient, despite being told on several occasions said person needed hospital treatment. Patient died less than 24 hours after seeing a GP at home. A nurse practitioner was sent after requesting yet another visit..the day the patient died, although it was too late, paramedics had already attempted CPR. The GP in question said that "eating rice" would be the cure the day before patient died, despite knowing patients medical history. Because of the negligence of the GP children are left without a parent. Not even a phone call to the patients family was received. Well, only in relation to consent for a post mortem! Disgusting "service"

The phone service is awful. No one ever answers, despite the website stating that appointments can be made by phone. No issues once able to actually attend the GP.

My parents have been at this practices for 30 plus years my mum was diganosed with angina from a doctor but never put to hospital for test. At the weekend she had a massive heart attack and nearly died. Doctors new she had chest pains for months but did nothing about it. Absolutely appalling will be taking it further....

Have tried for two days now calling to have my calls terminated before answering and previously a month ago being directed online to make an appointment with no facility to do this for something that is now worsening and had already left the issue due to COVID. Would leave no star if I could as was bad before this but so much worse now. Like trying to access an exclusive health club accept they actually want to talk to you. Distinctly feels like avoidance of care and patients now.

Called on a Monday for repeat prescription of tablets I need daily. Tried to collect on Wednesday and they weren’t ready. Tried again on Friday and it turns out that they do not have a note of the request. 5 days with no medication and will not be able to get due to it being the weekend. 👍🏼
