I think the all doctors, nurses and staff all do a wonderful job. I know you sometimes have to wait for an appointment but if I have ever needed an appointment urgently someone has always seen me. Appointments are hard to get at all surgeries from what I hear and there are so many people don’t turn up for appointments therefore wasting them when someone else could of been seen

Kind reception staff, never been made to feel like I'm an inconvenience at this practice. Same day appts are available for emergencies (that's what they are meant for!) as with any practice. Drs, nurses and pharmacists are all exceptional. Best practice I've had in Aberdeen.

This is a super busy Medical practice that patients have no chance to get quick appointments. You must plan for your illness at least 4 weeks in advance! Would recommend to find another surgery.

5/ 5

I think this is a good practice with some excellent GPs. I've always found the reception staff to be polite, even when there's a huge queue. They never rush people either, and I see them take their time with the older and often impaired patients. When I've needed a non urgent appointment, often I can't get it on the same day. However on the occasions I've needed help quickly e.g. when I had excruciating shingles, I was seen within the hour. Some of the GPs I've seen are incredibly caring, they properly listen to me and have taken whatever action is required. It's a busy practice and that makes life a bit more difficult for everyone but honestly from what I've experienced, it's full of dedicated hardworking caring staff.

Like all practices they are overstretched but when you need the help they are there for you. Doctors and nurses are really caring - receptionists perhaps a little overprotective of appointments but if it’s urgent they will find one

This is an excellent surgery. I have been a patient since 1994 and I have seen the practice grow and change for the best. I miss my Doctor that I had for years but he retired. The surgery is very busy and therefore you do have to have a little patience with the phone lines but during the Covid 19 pandemic ALL the staff have all been absolutely incredible. I have long term medical needs and they have been nothing but supportive.

Nhs obviously can’t cope, can never get an appointment for an unwell 2 year old. What a shame we can’t get a tax rebate and go private. The NHS is obviously overloaded with new arrivals and the whole system is collapsing in front of our eyes. Then again what do you expect when politicians keep giving away free healthcare like confetti and don’t add the infrastructure to deal with it. The end of an era

The appointment system is absolutely ludicrous!! Don't expect to be able to simply phone up and book an appointment for next week. Instead it's an 8am telephone free-for-all with a limited number of appointments for that day only. If you're not able to be on the phone at 8am, forget it! It feels like queuing up outside a soup kitchen, only to be told 'sorry folks, no more soup today, try again tomorrow.' I would imagine this must be horrendous for anyone who suffers from stress or anxiety. The only reason I've not moved practice is because they're not taking new patients due to the pandemic.
