Good practice however after moving to their new premises I would not recommend joining here unless you drive. For a fit person from the nearest bus stop at ARI it's a good 10 minutes walk kinda uphill in parts, last thing you need when its pouring with rain and you are ill or elderly or both! Google maps does not reflect how far it is and there are not enough signs, I've been asked where it is on numerous occasions walking back.

The Doctors do there best, but the recepionists are terable, the atatude is "how dare you call for an appointment, and take time thinking if that time sutes you". I have twice in a row really had to bite my young and not call them all the names under the sun. Get rid of them and employ people who want to to this job, not doing it for the pay!

This is a new surgery and it's way easier to get an appointment with the doctors and nurses, with someone who is in charge prescriptions, Then once you have seen the doctor you can also go downstairs to fill a prescription at Boots,
