I have no idea what that other google review is about. I had absolutely no issues with Crest during the installation of my new windows. They were fitted very quickly by friendly staff and they replaced a cracked unit f.o.c because it happened during installation. They were recommended to me by friends and I would gladly recommend them to anyone else looking for a glazing company. Fair price and they had it finished within 2 weeks after initial deposit.

Crest Glazing have now done glazing of full house, including doors, for three different homes we have lived in. Each time they have come out to do a survey at the house, discuss our needs, suggest ideas of possible opening differences - bottom openers/tilt and turn/top openers, shown us samples of e.g. different colours available then submitted a quote. When we have gone ahead, the windows have been ordered, date arranged for fitting, fitted by competent, professional glazers using extreme care and vigilance in the time agreed. The follow up by David and his team has always been second to none! They will adjust e.g. doors as they "settle" and we have always had a quality job and a competitive price. We continually recommend friends and family to use this wonderful local firm and have no hesitation in continuing to use Crest Glazing. They are simply superb! First Class.

Finished kitchen o.k. but co-ordination of workforce organisation awful. Assure me they have now put system in place to deal with this but yet to have anyone say ' sorry ' and work took weeks longer than estimate. New door was turned down by Council building control. Lack of attention to detail. Response to my letter, signed by managing director , would have earned 10 year old a could do better sticker for poor grammar!

Crest supplied and fitted a small custom glass balustrade at our front door steps. Excellent service from start to finish. Great support from their sales and manufacturing departments and questions always answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Top quality products and service. Couldn't ask for more - first class.

Called yesterday with a window catch problem. David called back in the afternoon, arrived at 7.00 pm and fixed the problem in 2 minutes, free of charge. Given the Cover 19 problems this was excellent and extremely prompt service - thank you David and Crest Glazing. This is the second time I have used Crest and would thoroughly recommend them. Highly recommend from my own experience, when Geoff called to tell me that they had found a solution to the initial problem, and which resulted in a great deal of stress being alleviated. Good communication and very pleasant to deal with. A big big thank you to Geoff and Crest.

They don't give me calls back and don't reply to emails. Clearly they don't want the work as they came out at the end of July initially and I am nowhere further forward with getting the work done. Asked for a quote in writing and they still haven't sent that either. Going to be looking elsewhere now.
