Called him to view the job, said he can come in within hours (looked like he had no work at hand), came on time, but he could not give the price, said he need to go and price it, never replied to call, at last he said he will price it when he has time and at last he asked to look for someone else. What a waste of time and wasted the days.

Fantastic service from Tom! Phoned him in the morning regarding a broken double-glazing pane, Tom arrived within two hours to look at what was needed, then returned the next day with a new unit. Fitted the new unit, fixed a long-standing problem with the window opening, explained what he'd done. Clean and tidy worker. Would definitely recommend Tom to anyone. Really excellent service!

Prompt response, good service and reasonably priced!

Tom was great. I phoned at the beginning of lockdown asking him to replace the double glazing units in my flat. He came and priced it very reasonably - I was expecting a full window replacement, but Tom was confident he could replace the unit with the desired effect at a fraction of the cost. Lockdown happened and as soon as it was reaonable to undertake the work Tom rang me. At this point he already had my deposit and could have cut and run after 3 months. He was so good I recommended him to my parents where he did a similarly awesome job.
