Very understanding management

I purchased my doors and window with my house kit from Scotframe. If i had known the poor quality finish I would have preferred another company but sadly they come with the kit...most joiners that have worked at our house have commented on house poor the finished product is.the metal on the window has a sharp edges with no finished paint at end and no caps to cover.after sale service poor also.

The houses in my street unfortunately all have NorDan doors. I stayed in my house since it was built. Most of the homes here have had problems with the doors soaking up water, becoming rotten and falling apart. On examination it it a combination of cheap mdf and cardboard yes you read correct, the middle part is cardboard. No wonder it fell apart. We had solid wood parts made to replace the rubbish bits that fell off. Its not perfect but better than it was. To summarise, do not buy NorDanyou will end up buying twice!
