Highly recommend this company. From the minute I phoned to make an inquiry the lovely girl on reception could not have been more helpful. I was quoted a fair price, given reassurance and always kept in touch about the progression of the job. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently and I could not be more pleased. The people who work for this company all seem to be top class.. very friendly, reliable and honest. One very happy customer!

Stay away from this company. The company website says that the process of getting a conservatory roof conversion is 'hassle free' it is anything but hassle free. It has now been a month since the (shoddy) work was completed and we still do not have building comtrol approval. This is despite numerous phone calls with the assurance of a return call (which has never happened) and being told that the information building control require has been sent. A girl in the office (trying to cover her tracks) had the audacity to claim that she had sent the information at the end of May, before work had even started!! In other words she just hadn't bothered. She shouted at my wife and told her she was not going to serve her when my wife asked questions. I then phoned to complain about the treatment my wife received and had to remind the girl in the office that I was the customer and that she shouldn't be rude or cheeky. There was also a violation of GDPR. If she was in my line of work she would have been fired long ago for incompetence and poor interactions with customers. * My wife has now hand delivered the documents to building control several weeks after they should have been sent. We've done so much chasing that we almost feel like employees of the company. Perhaps if we were our experience wouldn't have been as bad! We now wait and hope that Advanced NI have actually constructed this roof to regulations. * For the sake of brevity this review doesn't include all of the terrible experiences as a result of using this company.

Brilliant company from start to finish. Very competitively prices. No mess No fuss just steady work from Bobby and his team. They were just superb. No cold/too hot conservatory now a lovely sunroom which can be used all year round. No hesitation in recommending this company at all.

Incredibly poor customer service and after sales communication. Quick to take payment of £4500 for conservatory roof conversion in January 2021 but by August 2021 no building control certificate has been received (despite building control writing to the company several times requesting information). Comments on Facebook blocked or deleted. Very disappointed customer.

We just had conservatory roof fitted .excellent service great staff fantastic plaster. No complaints at all. From beginning to end every one was very helpful great service. Look forward to having new windows installed.

My conservatory roof conversion was completed today in only 3 days. I am so pleased with the result. Looks great! Firstly the price was very competitive so it was a no brainer! The teams who came were all such hard workers and certainly did not hang about. They were fantastic! They were a great advert and a credit to the Company. Highly recommendable!!
