SFG just installed front door and windows. All appears sound and neat professional job by installers Raymond and colleague. Sales staff and surveyor easy to deal. Competitive with price. Hope after care service as good if needed! No hesitation in recommending.

If you want good service, avoid SFG Conservatories. Had a leak on the roof in 2015 which was repaired under the 10 year guarantee although I was not the original customer. In 2019, the leak appeared again and a repair was requested under guarantee. I was advised that, since I was not the original customer, SFG would not be carrying out any repairs. They didn’t even suggest that it would be a chargeable repair. They just didn’t want to know about it. Extremely poor service.

Fantastic company, had a minor problem with front door panel we purchased and it was dealt with in a prompt professional manor. And Frances the receptionist is an absolute joy to talk too. She's worth her weight in gold. Definitely recommend....

Really lovely people here. Pleasant very welcoming and the guy who dealt with us was called Paul whose knowledge was 2nd to none. We purchased a new door and side lights and wen fitted by their fitters it was also a great experience. Very tidy workers. No hesitation in recommending this company at all. Its also nice to support local businesses.

Worst quality Windows and front door ever .customer care they don't have any at all .when you phone them all you get is can't find your paperwork. As I say please stay clear from these cowboys
