5/ 5

Phoned up in the morning after feeling ill for about 2 weeks. Triaged by the doctor over the phone within 20 minutes and told to come in for an appointment about an hour later. Seen at a reasonable time thereafter and a good and thorough history and symptoms taken. All the usual tests done. Was then referred into A&E promptly and within 8 hours I had been admitted to hospital with a diagnosis for treatment for a life threatening illness. This is the best GP practice I’ve ever been in for the efficiency of treatment. I literally owe the doctors and staff of this surgery my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be in soon once I am discharged to thank the staff and doctors personally!

5/ 5

A busy & popular Surgery. Dr. Michael McKenna and his Locums are very thorough & professional in diagnostics, arranging required referrals, prescribing and offering in-house treatment rooms with polite, experienced Nurses on hand. No surgery can provide an excellent service without dedicated Receptionists managing Doctor "Call Backs", Appointments & essential information as required. This they all provide with politeness. Prescriptions can be collected at Reception or at a Chemist of your choice. Only point l would make is the limited Parking. A small issue in return for an excellent service.
