5/ 5

Excellent surgery, both Carrick Hill and Glen Rd, with fantastic doctors. I have faced the odd delay in seeing a doctor or getting a prescrption but I also understand the immense pressure all the staff, including receptionists, are under, especially during the pandemic, and they are doing an outstanding job in these circumstances. We all want to see a doctor as soon as possible when we are ill but we have to understand that may not always be possible, but that is not the doctors' faults. We are quick to give negative reviews of businesses etc. but we should also praise them when necessary. I am delighted our surgery has the doctors and staff that we do and I hope they eventually get the proper support and resources they need to be able to deliver the service they want to provide. Thank you.

I’ve been to loads of surgeries with my job. This one is the worst! Not only are some receptionists loud and intimidating but the whole surgery is filthy and grubby.

Terrible service. I’ve been trying to call for months and sent so many emails for GP registration and there has been no answer at all. This is always the case when calling this practice! Reception and staff are rude and showing racism. I honestly request NI Health services to close this kind of services and show humanity.

Terrible service. I’ve been trying to call for hours all morning for an emergency prescription and there has been no answer at all. This is always the case when calling this practice! Don’t get prescriptions for days, can’t access doctors between certain hours etc. I honestly wonder how they’re still open if they don’t answer to any patients. Complete joke. I will be changing to a different practice as this one is useless!
