Sliderobes – Belfast belfast

Fantastic from start to finish. Shelley, the designer, was friendly and helpful in the showroom. Knowledgeable about the products and gave good advice about the internal layout. We were given a 7 week lead time, which was accurate and Stuart, the fitter (and his partner) were brilliant. Super friendly, went above and beyond moving plug sockets etc. Really easy to have in the house, did a great job on the fitting and left the room neat and tidy both days. Happy customer 😊

We waited a long time for our slider robes. Eventually it was fitted in March. A few weeks later it became impossible to close the door. Ghosting apparently, stays wide open. I have been reporting this since June time. They have been sooo unhelpful. Today they say there is a long queue because of Covid and don't know when they will be able to fix it. We just have to wait !. It is a 10 minute job to fix. We already did our waiting and if the job was done properly at the time there would be no problem. Extremely disappointed. They are in the area all the time fitting.

My Sliderobes look fabulous and make fantastic use of the space in my dressing room. The entire experience from design consultations to fitting was great. Everything was tailored to take into consideration my wants and needs.

Very welcoming, very knowledgeable, not at all pushy. Not cheap but really good quality and worth every penny.

Exceptional experience all round. The customer service, delivery & install of our new sleek slide robes! Happy campers.
