This firm has promised to fix our french doors for the last three plus years. They don't meet correctly in the middle and move a lot in the wind. The water runs down the window every time it rains. The glass in both doors also have lines running across them. Contacted them regularly for eighteen months, but going to have to go elsewhere to get fixed.

Pleased with the look of my door but customer service is extremely disappointing. Provided measurements for flooring being laid in hallway during installation and these weren't taken into consideration so can't even lay a thin mat. Wrong handle and lock provided with door and I've been waiting almost 4 months for the correct one now. Have left work early to be at home for men supposedly arriving and they just didn't appear. Promises of call backs but nothing. Requested glazing quotations and I had the job completed by another company 2 months before I received these (which I only got because I chased up). Unfortunately not a lot of after care once payment is received - disappointing for a company that promotes this so heavily on social platforms.

Folks I can not recommend N H frames enough, John is an absolute gent and a real credit to the company. As other reviewers have said , his detail and his knowledge was such a great help to us. And I don't think anyone can beat them on price.

Received 4 quotes from other locals. NH 3k cheaper than 1, not the cheapest quote either but salesman John was great and was very thorough. Installers great guys, minimal mess in property. Waited a little longer on coloured door but to be expected during these times. Would recommend 100%

I used NH Trade frames after getting a few quotes. Was very happy with the quote and the salesman John took his time and had a good eye for detail. It didn't take long for the windows to be made and fitted. They were fitted by Craig and his son Aaron. They were brilliant! Non stop work the whole time they were on the job. So professional. No mess. Great finish. Couldn't be happier. Warmer and quieter after day one. If you're happy with the quote, then I highly recommend.
