Door took 10 weeks from I ordered it until it was fitted, that was fine, I was told anywhere between 7weeks and 10 weeks. 2 months later, I noticed it wasn't fitted properly, the door is very drafty and is not water tight. Needless to say, I reported the problem on 05.05.2021, they said it was to do with the fitters themselves and they would contact them. I have rang almost every week now for an update on when someone will be out to fix this. It is now 28.06.21, no date on anyone coming out. The staff are getting no replies from the fitters or even their maintenance guy. Last week I was told there is a 4 week waiting list, I told them I had already been waiting longer than that and still nothing from them. A lot of phone calls and no one is able to tell me anything.

Very helpful and reasonably priced. Full explanation of fitting methods time scale and duration of works.
