Surgery never gives appointment says they full The surgery opens phone line 8 but the line be engaged till 845 when they answer say sorrry no available appointments left should have rang at 8 They kept lines engaged on purpose. The doctors never give you medicine The doctors are moody. The receptionist starts being a doctor on phone suggesting you to do this do that when she spouses to ask doctors advice not her own medical suggestions. Receptionist have attitude say you can get loads things over counter instead of asking doctors advice The receptionist says appointments are full then they put you down for telephone consultation where doctors never call you till 530 in evening. When he does ring don’t give you anything like other review never give no antibiotics. Been doctors at hospital they said iron low surgery says noting wrong with you Miss diagnosed you where doctors ask for urine and when they dip say it’s clear when one day after hospital said it’s uti infection Been appalling experience with this surgery worse surgery ever Going find new one today

Honestly speaking the doctors n nurses are so stuck up and moody it’s unbelievable went for my blood test today n the way The nurse spoken to was just horrible really need to start doing their jobs right n stop showing attitude all the time but I bet even my comment or anything I said won’t effect them coz they not gonna put a change to anything

Atrocious service on the phone. Constantly engaged since it opens at 8am. I wanted to cancel my appointment so they can give the appointment to someone else but just can't get through.

I’ve been a patient for 15 years. The surgery have always been very helpful. Very good advice is frequently and I feel the doctors give sensible advice and always have my best interests at heart. I have never struggled to get an appointment.

They give an appointnent for after a week. If you want one sooner then Drs have time for a phone appointment to call you but no time to see you in person. Then when i do have an appointment they ring to ask if i can come in earlier instead of my appointment as im the last appointment so Dr can leave the surgery.

One of the worst surgeries I have come across, the GPs themselves are decent, Dr Gillbanks and Dr Henry. The receptionists will try everything not to give you an appointment. Stay away from Dr Rizwan, a waste of oxygen in my opinion. The service is terrible, I truly believe my daughter's condition could have been avoided or reduced if they actually bothered paying attention and not making us wait 8 weeks to see her. I am in the process of leaving, horrendous for what should be a service which looks after our health.

As far as I am concerned the surgery is great I've been going for about 15 years never had a problem the receptionists are good also...but its about time they started seeing people now...its a bit over due

I was wondering if I had caught the receptionist on a bad day but realised this is clearly an ongoing issue after reading all the other reviews. It just goes to show that patient care is not top of the surgery’s list as this particular receptionist has been there for a long time. Rude, bad mannered, patronising and in need of some well overdue customer service training. The automated message when you ring the surgery clearly states if you are ringing for BLOOD TEST results, phone after 1pm. Mine was a different test so rang at 10am. Tried to make out that I was in the wrong stating “well it should say ALL RESULTS!” Well it doesn’t Karen so get off your high horse and knock yourself down a peg or two. Such a shame because all the other receptionist are lovely and polite. Always one rotten egg that lets the others down.

Receptionist dont care about patients, worst customer service i have seen in my life....

Receptionist....proper cow no customer service rang to speak to dr and she wanted to knw y i need an appointment i told her its a bit private and she still wants to knw what... and didnt gv me an appointment y do they hire such rubbish people....
