This is the best, most positive practice i have been a patient of in 65 years. The reception staff are so cheerful and friendly, the nusing and administative staff are so understanding and helpful. The doctors are true caring family doctors, who have the time, knowledge and expertise to deal with your medical and/or mental needs. The facilities, services and care they provide for their 10,000 patients is first class. There are some patients who simply dont realise what a brilliant family practice they belong to and make demands that are not always possible, practical. The national statistics show that The Dunstan Partnership is one of the leading practices in Bolton by far, with many above ratings by far.

The best practice ever, the doctors are so welcoming, everyone listens, I have always been offered before 8am review when asked, great work all !

Easy to obtain appointments with little to no waiting time. Lovely friendly and helpful doctors who actually listen rather than writing a prescription when you enter the room.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I have requested some information from you which is of high importance that I need to supply to my employer as a matter of urgency. Oh Mr Lomax I apologise I will get the doctor to call you back 2 calls later of me phoning them and I'm still awaiting the call from Dr Hague.

Both myself and my husband have been with the practice for over thirty years. We cannot express in words how from the girls on the reception to all the doctors and nurses how they have looked after us .

Receptionists are always helpful . Doctors or nurses always available in some form for appointments .

pathetic , unhelpfull takes 2 long to get a appointment , website not good , pleanty of excusses , for not seeing patients ,

Tried to flag up my concerns about their frail 91 year old patient, spoke to rudest receptionist, zero shitz given. Impossible to get past this firewall of misery. Thank god I'm at Tonge Fold.
