Can never get an appointment, last time i rang while very sick was told there was no appointments then was told i could have an appointment at their other surgery so i asked for address and they wouldnt give it too me i just settled for the chemist. Definitely changing at first opportunity, the nurse who signed me up was great theytjust need more staff or to stop taking people on

Zero professional. My partner after a stroke. Try register and change surgery. Leave hospital one week ago . Thursday we ring this surgery lady say ring tomorrow we calling Friday lady ask about number mobile she maby been busy. She ring back with information come Monday between 9 -12. Me and my partner after a stroke go Monday my partner very weak for double papers only. We back home. Paper work and i back surgery lady i know covid i try show her paper from hospital she say no only paszport with picture about he ist he. No ask how he feel nothing. Sad very sad.

Very Rude receptionists, it's a nightmare getting an appointment with doctors.

Absolutely shocking doctors, receptionist (apart from diane) are so rude and unhelpful, the doctors never have my prescriptions or sick notes ready it's always a battle,prescriptions when sent to the chemist are always wrong and have the important ones missing, my doctor never has my records infront of him when requesting pain killers, always questioning me about my illness that's been ongoing with them for years.....1 doctor says one thing another doctor over rules then and seems you on your way, I've had to fight for an MRI scan for a bulging disc AVOID THIS DOCTORS ITS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH !! Its not even worth a star but I had to put 1 to be able to leave my review.
