If I could give this a minus i would. Absolutely shocking practice. Ring 96 times in a morning at 8am as advised to be told no appointments. Doctors and receptionists are as rude as each other, you go to the doctors to find out what’s wrong and hopefully get better not come out in years from the rudeness of the staff! Shocking. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL

The service is absolutely shocking I go to see a specialist every few months he puts me on new tablets he sends a letter to me and Bolton medical centre and 6 times in a row I've needed to have no tablets because they say they not received the letter and I'm trying to ring 4 times at 15:30 in afternoon and no one answers and it could be serious if I don't have medication but they don't care

Shame we have to click on a star to leave a review as personally I feel it deserves 0 stars. The surgery gets worse year on year since Dr Haffeeze left the surgery and it was taken over by others, near enough impossible to get an appointment. When you phone the surgery it just rings and rings until it automatically cuts off, it doesn't matter if it's first thing in the morning, afternoon or evening. Doctors are not really interested in you as a patient and they rush you. Most of the receptionists are quite good and helpful with the exception of 2 of them.

Great experience with the actual staff: doctors, nurses and receptionists. But unfortunately it's EXTREMELY difficult to get hold of anyone, I think this GP practice is either really under-staffed or are looking after too many people. I'm sure it's no-one's fault, but it's not the best experience when trying to speak with someone.

The quality of surgery keeps going down day by day. Can't book an appointment online, the phone is 24/7 busy, doctors never call you back on time and before covid the doctors never used to turn up to work on time; few times had to wait over 30 minutes after my appoinment time for the doctor to turn up. The reception staff is doing their best but they can't work properly if the doctors are too lazy to work and management can't afford to hire more staff.
