Had an appointment with nurse, surgery called me to arrange, the appointment went ahead on time, and the nurse was lovely. Given the results there and then so well pleased, couldn't ask for more

This surgery failed to record my seconf Covid vaccination details on my NHS records. After two failed attempts to get this corrected I wrote to the Practice Manager requesting written confirmation. Details are finally recorded but not a peep out of them. MAKE SURE ALL YOUR DETAIL ARE CORRECT IF YOU MIGHT NEED A COVID PASSPORT

My mum has alziemers and is 87. Her tablets are normally correct when I pick them up from the chemist inside the doctors. She has blister packs. 5 tablets in the morning and 5 at night. This month's pack was all wrong. 2 missing for the night time and they put 7 tablets in for the morning instead stead of 5. When I went in no appoloy just said oh they put the morning tablets with the night ones as though this wasn't a problem. Its a good job the family give mum her tablets or god knows what coudl of happened. Check your prescription folks from this chemist.

Visit's to the GP's surgery never used to be this gruelling. Appointments are always needed a week in advance. Had my first experience speaking to my GP since Dr. Shri-Kant left and I'm now looking to register at a new GP's. That was possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional in my life.
