A lot of the time my mum has to ring, as we have to go around the times it suits her. Lately she rang because I need a GP letter for my PIP claim, the receptionist said wait until I have received the form to see what they are asking. There is no need to wait for a benefit claim form, all they ask is about your day to day living and how your disability affects you. If I could use the letter Dr. 'idiot' Hanif did I would, but I obviously can't can I, she's no longer there. I've been with this place since it opened, and I agree with the concusses of other reviews here, the reception staff are horrible - no wonder Hanif didn't pay you. Now when I try to call to speak to these morons myself I get no answer. Avoid this place at all costs, register with another practice if you have to even if it's out your way, this one will just cause you a lot of stress and hassle, and this is coming from someone who's been here over 10 years. Edit: Finally spoke to someone myself, the latest fiasco with this place is, now they are asking me to pay £30 just for a more up to date GP letter. I think my case is pretty unique here, I ALREADY have a GP's letter from the one who left them high and dry (it was even in the Bolton Evening News about it). I have to go in with all the documents I have now, they're obviously more interested in the letter Hanif gave me from 2011, all other paperwork is irrelevant in this. I am not paying a fee for a letter, I've even been advised not to by the RNIB organisation. If I have to complain to the NHS about this practice I will, I refuse to lay down for absolutely anyone. These are patient records, we as the patients have every right to request things, you can't put things like this behind a pay wall. You're not the only practice in town, there is others, and I'll just take my 'business' elsewhere if I'm going to be treated like a second class citizen.

I have still encountered problems with this surgery as the receptionist has asked me not to go to the doctor and told me to go A&E after I told her I have three other children at home and no one to look after them. I told her i needed the appointment in a matter of urgency for my three year old son. never ever have I ever been so disappointed she didn't even offer to take on another appointment for the following. this surgery needs to be completely shut down even upon new management. I also took my daughter down one doctor stated one thing whilst the other stated another and left my daughter without any medication. I will have to start looking into getting into another surgery what a joke this is. my young kids have to suffer under the influences of doctors who are not able to give correct advice nor any medication and no follow up appointments.

Zero, Avoid registering with this place, I was with them for two years, and no help with My health, Staff and reception are so rude and arrogant. Asked about a text i recieved about registering for online booking, Receptionist didn't know anything about the system, even though there was a poster in reception saying to ask the receptionist for the link

I have three young kids and a partner whom is completely ill I had rang 3 times I understand the appointment system I fully booked however the receptionists and doctors took me round in circles I never get an appointment I never get seen to I explained my partners in bed and can't get up and then they said send him to AnE on the first three occasions they stated to give in an email which I did and said they haven't received it, I then said I sent it to my colleagues so if they are receiving it why haven't you then they blatantly lied and said their systems aren't working. I explained my partners been to An E now needs a referral he has been seen to by ambulance they did not have any empathy or show any empathy at all staff are lying about procedures not once but on several other occasions. They are very incompetent in their dealings of work. Very sickening of the practice. They never have permanent staff they come from all over shut this practice down now they just send you home with paracetamol on soo many occasions and then say its a virus
